M&L Tooling Ltd have long been and still remain one of the UK leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of quality precision High Frequency welding and heat seal tools to the automotive, medical, packaging and related industries.

Having been in the HF/RF welding industry for over 20 years it has become increasingly evident that the changes occurring within this sector mean we must spread ourselves and our knowledge further afield. We now deal worldwide, with customers not only in the UK but throughout Eastern Europe and the Americas.

The scope of our engineering abilities has also expanded from HF/RF welding tooling into more traditional areas such as press tooling, robot weld fixtures and special-purpose machines.

This stems from the realisation that we at M&L Tooling Ltd can offer a level of technical expertise that few of our competitors can match. Our engineers come from a variety of industries and have brought along with them valuable experience which has allowed us to move seamlessly into these diverse areas.

We now have backgrounds in injection moulding, aerospace, SMED systems, seating mechanisms, special purpose machines (design & manufacture), jigs & fixtures, press tooling and general engineering.
